Return & Refund Policy

1. Our Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 2 days of delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@kamatchigarments.in with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Replacement/ Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please contact us at support@kamatchigarments.in within 3 days of delivery with proper images and videos.

The new replacement/exchange item will get delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the date of your approval.
